SPRINGFIELD

Members at SMBC celebrated its 154th Anniversary.  A morning and afternoon service is held during Homecoming.  Lunch is also served.  Dr. Armstrong delivered the morning service and Rev. Albert Mills of Epworth UMC in Gastonia and Mt. Pleasant UMC in Stanley was the special guest speaker for the afternoon service.  This year's Homecoming was chaired by Bro. James Booker.
